“IT’S HER SHOT” Takes NYC
Cast of all female coaches get the girls ready for a day of hoopin!
We pulled up to the 5th stop on the IT’S HER SHOT tour with Dicks Sporting Goods and Nike Basketball to empower young girls to GET ON THE COURT!
We took over the Brooklyn Bridge Park basketball courts at Pier 2. If you haven’t been this has to be the top location for a spectacle jaw dropping views to make you want to play sports outside! Looking back at Manhattan over the water would definitely make anyone want to get out and play.
Time to take over the courts! That hot summer sun had us drippin all day, but we laced our sneakers and those New York girls came ready to ball out!

Guess who justed moved to Brooklyn? Hannah O’Flynn! One of our favorite basketball content creators. Hannah wowed us in her new Nike swag, grab the mic and brought smiles to these young girls faces. “Have you always been famous?” one young hoopers ask Hannah. Hannah giggles and teaches her how to spin the ball on her finger.
Also, Hannah does the worm on the Hoopbus - A must watch!
“Basketball is like dancing!” Coach San says, as the girls gather in a dance circle ready to show off their latest dance moves. I don’t know how they had all this energy with the heat, but it was hyped beyond measure! GO GIRLS!

Basketball icons; Britney Elena, Jenna Bandy and Briana Green gave tips and showed tricks to the young hoopers. How could you not be in awe when Briana wowed us with her smooth stylistic moves?!

These girls worked hard perfecting their form, staying hydrated and taking countless photos in the 360 photo booth. Girls had a chance to win Nike swag when they played our Hoopbus scoring challenge off the front of the bus. These young hoopers went home winners in so many ways.

Next stop is Washington DC on September 24th, 2022. We can’t wait see what the next group of DC girls brings to the court.
